'get your bum on your seat' and write! Think about the saying and use it to
write something - anything. You need only write one paragraph, but two would
be better. You may be inspired to write a piece of flash fiction of
say, 100, or 250 words. Maybe a poem or a short story, Maybe a novel! Give
it a try! You may not fancy the saying that appears, so you can click to get another. But really, work with what you get - it's
only a paragraph after all! Start by writing the prompt - then off you go!
